TULLY TRAP - AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 2018

The Tully Trap has been passed by the Animal and Plant Health Agency as a run through stoat trap meeting the current agreement on International Humane Trapping Standards. This is ultimately for replacing those traps currently used to trap stoats which do not meet these standards, including the most commonly used small vermin trap. Many traps currently used for trapping stoats will not be legal for catching stoats once the Agreement on International Humane Trapping Standards is implemented on 1 January 2019.

The Tully Trap has been designed by an experienced practitioner and manufactured with equal passion in Britain to meet the new agreement on International Humane Trapping Standards, we feel that the Tully Trap's performance, user friendliness and design makes it as future proof as we could have hoped for. The Tully Trap has been designed in Scotland and is made in England.

  • Treadle plate is three times the contact area of most similar traps increasing catch rate.
  • The traps outer guard funnels target species into the strike zone.
  • Trap dimensions will suit most existing tunnel locations.
  • Made from precision laser cut and pressed galvanised steel, also fitted with stainless steel spindle and strike arm bushes.
  • Fitted safety catch.
  • Adjustable spring off weight.
  • We cannot legally send the traps out until the Tully Trap is included in the Spring Traps Approval Order which is predicted to be Autumn 2018. Orders will be taken and despatched on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee that your order will be sent out as soon as it is legal to do so if there have been a large number of orders placed prior to your order being received. Early orders are encouraged if early despatch is required.
